Permissions We Use and Why

• INTERNET: Connects with company servers to sync sales data securely.
• CAMERA: Capture photos of invoices, receipts, or products for reporting purposes.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Sends important updates and reminders.
• READ/WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, READ_MEDIA_IMAGES/VIDEO/AUDIO: Save and upload sales-related media files.
• ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION, FOREGROUND_SERVICE_LOCATION: Track salesman location during visits for attendance and route verification.
• FOREGROUND_SERVICE, WAKE_LOCK: Ensure reliable background syncing and tracking.
• RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Restart essential background services after device reboot.

How We Use Data

Data collected through permissions is used only for internal business purposes of AEPL. We do not sell, share, or misuse personal data. All communication between the App and servers is encrypted.

Data Storage

Media and location data may be stored securely on AEPL servers and retained only as long as necessary for business reporting and compliance.

User Control

Users can revoke permissions anytime from device settings, but this may limit the App’s functionality. Notifications and background tracking can also be managed through device settings.

Third-Party Access

The App does not share your data with advertisers or external vendors. Data is only accessible to AEPL’s authorized systems and staff.
